How long will the shoe last?

On average running Brooks claim their cushioning will last approx. 400 miles. We know plenty of runners who get more than 500 miles in the Adrenaline. The life of the shoe varies from user to user.

I’ve currently got Adrenaline GTS 23, is this much different?

The version number 24 has a few slight changes from number 23. A slight change to the fabric and lacing, yet keeps the same shape and fit. Underneath the foot is much different now being significantly softer!
