How long will the shoe last?

On average running Brooks claim their cushioning will last approx. 400 miles. We know plenty of runners who get more than 500 miles in the Adrenaline. The life of the shoe varies from user to user.

I’ve currently got Adrenaline GTS 24, is this much different?

The version number 25 has a few changes from number 24. The heel toe drop is now 10mm, versus 12mm, and it has more cushioning and a softer feel. In addition we feel it fits a tad wider in the toe box which has been really nice!
