Description
Hoka's workhorse trail shoe made for any conditions! Named after ultrarunner Karl "Speedgoat" Meltzer, the Speedgoat 6 combines Hoka's signature cushioning with a Vibram Megagrip outsole to keep you comfortable and on your feet through all distances and varieties of trail conditions.
Lighter weight than it's previous version and a bit more forgiving in the toe box due to an upper change. 5mm lugs underfoot provide fantastic grip year round. A lighter weight midsole foam gives the same ride as expected without reducing the stack height.

FAQ’s & Reviews
How long will the shoe last?
On average Hoka claim their cushioning will last approx. 400 miles. The life of the shoe varies from user to user due to characteristics of running style and terrain. The longevity of the traction of the outsole, although super durable Vibram, will also depend on what conditions you put it through.
Are these waterproof?
No, the Hoka Speedgoat is NOT waterproof. the material used in the upper of the shoe is highly water resistant. Despite it's appearance it drains water quickly when submerged and is does not "hold water," instead it does it's best to wick and dry out as fast as possible.
The reason being that if water enters the shoe from the ankle it has no way to escape! The majority of trail shoes are made to expel water that has unfortunately entered the shoe and dry out as quick as possible.
