How long will the shoe last?

On average Saucony claim their cushioning will last approx. 400 miles. We'd like to think you can get more than that.

How does the Endorphin Shift 3 differ from the previous versions?

The Endorphin Shift 3 fits nearly identical in comparison to the Endorphin Shift. The major change is in the material of the upper and the under foot cushioning that is softer. 

What is this shoe for? It's got the same name as a carbon plated shoe!  

Great question! Compared to the Endorphin Pro and Speed the Shift is significantly more stable, so much better suited for all around daily use. If you like the idea and/or feel of a rockered shoe (all the Endorphins have this) but want more stability this may be for you.   

What distances can I run with the shoe?

Any! You can even race in it if you want! Many Hoka users have liked this shoe due to the fact that Hokas have a meta rocker as does the Endorphin Shift. It's just a different shape and underfoot feel.
