The updated version of Saucony's Guide, version 16 is a subtle upgrade from it's predecessor. The Guide 16 has the same soft flexible feel of the 15 but adds to the stability you want for those long runs. A fantastic shoe for any distance.
A bit more structure has been added to the upper around your foot. Soft PWRRUN cushioning. A carved out midsole allows your feet to sit deeper inside the shoe provided stability from both sides. A slight rocker to the shoe also provides a smoother transition from heel to toe!
